Life is full of transitions that happen at every stage of development. Remain true to who you are while making key decisions about the life you really want.
Welcome! I am TiNille Crichfield, creator and founder of Ebb N Flow. I offer a non-directive, strength-based, and collaborative coaching experience. This client-led approach helps you unlock your full potential and navigate life's ebb and flow with confidence.
As your coach, we will address life's transitions and how we approach them, navigate our thoughts and emotions about it, and learn to manage our overthinking brains. Leaving high school, starting college, looking for your first job, finding an apartment, making new friends, starting a relationship... these are important crossroads in life. I can be a guide and mentor as you focus on your goals and choose your next step. I will act as your confidante using a non-judgmental approach. You are the expert of your own life, my role is to help you uncover that. As my grandma used to tell me, "To thine own self, be true."
I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. I believe in a collaborative approach to goal-setting that is client-led and focused on positive outcomes.
I am a certified life coach for young adults with a background in massage therapy, yoga, meditation, and early childhood education. I strive to help individuals navigate life’s rhythms with holistic techniques. By integrating mindful practices, stress-relief strategies, and self-care tools, I aim to empower clients to build resilience, foster mental clarity, and cultivate balance in both their personal and professional lives.
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions for young adults ages 16-30. These sessions can be virtual, in person, on the phone, or outside, either walking or being in nature.
I am a mother of three, a dedicated life coach, certified yoga instructor, iRest meditation teacher, and published author, who strives to empower young people to navigate the complexities of life with confidence and clarity.
My journey toward coaching began in my late teens, when, at 18, I made the bold decision to leave the religion I grew up in and live independently from my family and community. It was a time of freedom but also confusion, as I made a series of poor decisions that left me feeling lost and disconnected.
In my forties , I realized that what had been missing during my formative years was a mentor—a trusted guide who could help me make sense of choices and avoid unnecessary pitfalls. The lack of mentorship was something I learned the hard way, but it ignited a passion in me to ensure others didn’t have to go through the same struggles.
After years of self-reflection, growth, and overcoming challenges, I have committed myself to becoming the kind of mentor that I wished I had during my youth. My training with The Youth Coaching Institute, was extensive and taught me the practical tools I needed to begin guiding young adults through transitional periods, offering support, insight, and personal development. I learned valuable life coaching skills tailored towards young adults and the complexities of what they are dealing with in the world today. I am actively earning my International Coaching Federation Credential as an accredited and certified coach. I am deeply invested in helping young people find their path with the wisdom of experience and the encouragement of someone who’s been there.
